So, I logged out at around 4:30 EST on June 4, 2016. I came back a few hours later to find I couldn't log in. Now, I had had a previous issue where I had to reset my password despite not having been given a notification to do so, I just wasn't able to log in until I did it, so I changed it again. After this didn't work, I tried logging into the normal site and it said I had been... suspended? The only thing I had done was emptied my inbox, do a couple of DB quests, and recieve one piece of mail from a guildie. I've sent two tickets so far regarding theh issue to no avail, and I shouldn't have to scrounge the internet in order to find your support number. my @name is @Ronna, and I've been playing by the terms of service since BETA. There is ZERO reason this should ahve happened and it's causing me to miss important roleplay events on my character and frankly, my guildies think this is just as ridiculous as I do.
