Currently for this patch im running 5 Black Rose, 2 Bloodspawn, 2 Magnus, 3 Willpower and I'm really enjoying in so far. I'm using 5 heavy 2 light at the moment with Sword Board and Resto for weapons, since I prefer healing ward over coag blood, as well as using the new heavy armor passives to their maximum potential. Currently using 6 heavy though since i dont have 2 light BS pieces.
My stam really doesn't drain at all with the buff to constitution + Black rose 5 pc and even if im low on stam, I can mist form away and still proc the constitution passive, which stacks with my stam regen in mistform to return reasonable amounts of stam. Ideally, I'm looking to run 2-3 sturdy pieces with around 5-6 impen pieces while putting only 27 into shadow ward, granting me 10% reduced block cost. Like I said, with only 1 sturdy right now I'm still capable of perma-blocking for pretty extended periods of time.
The new Wrath passive also buffs my spell damage by around 300, which is more than 5 light. Another critical passive that I'm weaving in is the new rapid mending change which increases the resources you gain from heavy attacks by 50%. Currently, resto heavy attacks grant me 4800 magicka back which is basically a free potion in of itself.
I still need to test this setup with 2 light and fully gold items but I definitely think you should test this setup out. It really provides a ton of tankiness on top of strong spell damage and resource returns to keep block. But like I said, I'm gonna drop willpower and magnus in favor of transmutation because that crit resistant buff would make me even more tanky and push my resistances up to well over 3k.
Let me know what you think @DKsUnite

only concern i see is that you are losing a big amount of damage by swapping to the 5 trans. Willpower + magnus is like 2.5k magicka and 180 SD. Its quite a drop. I can imagine that black rose is perfect for perma block, thought about running it on mDK but i enjoy tava way too much haha. Wrath is nice, its a 200 SD buff, but still you gotta remember that light armour has 4.5k spell pene which is quite strong and underrated. The heavy attack buff is insane, i can see that being a thing now haha.
Sounds solid but just be careful about losing all that damage you are used to. Will have to test it out some time

Good point, I'll test out the numbers and let you know how it goes! I'll have to craft myself some 5 light Tavas and try your setup out as well some time

do it after today's patch, its a been nightmare thus far because of 200 cost bats =.=
Nice videos Leo.
@forzajuve212 I could see the Trans / Blackrose being more of a group build, since you may not miss the damage as much.
Transmutation was an awesome set at 2 secs and now it is 20 secs.
At least now I don't have to rely on how much my crit damage is to heal with Crit Surge. GG ZOS.
This is now a nerf #Stamsorc thread.

He is having too much fun on his new Stam DK to gaf.
Great video. Sorc negate OP at 2 min and 40 seconds. Combined with roots it was so beautiful.
BTW why dont you use the shifting standard while the ulti reduction bug is fixed? Especially when you have a Sorc in your group.
Nice vid mate
