hey i was LV 16 i think had the same problem, i started a similar character to test a theory, that of which " maybe i kept doing the same dungeons without advancing my character through other regions, sounds dumb but the dungeon queue would hit 1hour and i would rage and quit. in other words i didn't know what i was doing in the game but i'll let you know after i hit lv 10 to see if my theory was right.
