Yokudan Archives, How to get in?

It's my first ttim in the lost city dungeon and i did the group event, but i came across a door labeled Yokudan Archives blocked by a sand ward. I noticed there are three crystal pedastals but i cant do anything with them. Is this part of a quest i just havent picked up?
