Can anyone help me pick the best Race >> Alliance for sorcerer class I would like to summon alot and do damage that way?

This is what I got right now?
Class >> Sorcerer
Race >>Breton
Alliance >> The dragon covenant

Sorcerers are nerfed to oblivion.

If you want ranged DPS then go for Magicka NB / DK.

For melee Magicka DPS then go for
Magicka templar / Magicka NB.
Note: magicka NB ( melee) is more difficult to play then the range version.

So, go for these 3 classes.

DK - Dunmer*/Altmer/ Breton
* =best choice.
NB- Altmer/Dunmer/Breton/Bosmer**
**= Very good race for PvP, especially for a NB.
Templar- Altmer/Dunmer*/Breton/ Bosmer**
*= again Dunmer is a good option due to burning light.
**=again bosmer are a good race for PvP. You need stamina regen and sneak passive to stay alive in cyrodiil.

Lastly, imperial race is good for all class.
Breton good as healers.
Altmer good for magic damage
Dunmer are good for flame damage.
Bosmer are very good for PvP ( I have played with her in trails and veteran dungeons, she performs well. )

Alliance

Take the alliance that welcomes new players.
EP>DC>AD.
EP is first due to population.
DC same as EP but also a mixture of AD Team speak fanatic.
AD is last because they can't live without Team Speak.

... This is an easy question. A very, very, very, easy question... Best class, as of DB is arguably Dragonknights. The best race for that would depend on your build preference. If stamina, go with: Imperial, Orc, or Redguard. If magicka, go with: Dark Elf, High Elf, or Breton. The best alliance? Easily the Aldmeri Doninion, because we have the best collection of magicka and stamina users from a ratio point-of-view. Not to mention that Ebonheart has a bad rep in Cyrodiil for being amateurs, and relying heavily on mindless zerging. Where as many people would argue that The Dominion are the most cunning and organized. We're known for laying traps and outwitting our opponents. The Covenant on the other hand is m'eh. They have neither a bad or good rep. They're just... There. Lol. They're like the bystander that wants to do their own thing, but will get involved if they have to.

Dragonknights are one of the harder classes to get really good at, but they put up the best dps for pve. However, they aren't as easy as a sorc or nightblade.
For pvp, stamina dks are the strongest for duels and arguably the same for 1vX. They have incredible sustain as well.
