Magicka Templar Healer Gear (Help Requested)

I've seen suggested for a Magicka Templar Healer to use the following gear sets
5 Spell Power Cure
2 Molag Kena
2 Torug's Pact
3 Willpower Jewelry.
Since Spell Power Cure is BOP and will take some time to acquire, I'm trying to figure out a good crafted set to use in the meantime in it's place.
The 3 sets I see most suggested are Julianos, Twice Born Star, and Kagrenac's Hope. Looking for suggestions on which is best, and also which set would be best for someone who has issues with resource management? My wife is a more casual player, so she's not really a min/maxer, so trying to figure out what would work well for her as well.
My original plan was
5 TBS
1 Kena (Shoulder)
Helm, Dual Wield, Restro staff as Magnus or Torug's (2 piece for staff and 3 piece for DW)
3 Willpower Jewelry
Then either Mage + Apprentice or Mage + Attronach depending on if there are regen issues.

✭✭✭✭5 Krags + 3/4 Magnus + willpower. You get 2 mana regen and more spell damage. If you are having mana issues, full heavy attack with resto, gives like 3.2k mana back now.
And always thief. Easily the best mundas for healers and DPS.

While leveling up my Templar I used
5 Krags + 3/4 Magnus + 3 Warlock Jewelry (since willpower isn't common enough to get at non CP160)
Wasn't sure if this was best way to go at end game. And with CP160 mats requiring so many I don't have enough to play around and find out what works well.Edited by Soleya on June 3, 2016 6:20PM0 -

✭Twice born star is great.
Juliannos is also a nice stand in.
If your primary healing nothing beats kags IMO especially as a Templar.0 -

✭✭✭✭My comment was just for if you were having mana issues. If you are not, then krags/kena/torugs pact/WP is the way to go. With thief and powered on the staff, nirn and sharpened swords on the back bar. With that set up I have 2.5k unbuffed spell damage on the resto and 2.8k on the swords. Buffed would be 25% more.0 -

As a test I made 3 sets of gear at CP 90. 3 Magnus + 5 of the following. Divines on everything except chest/legs were infused (on TBS divines on all). All white gear with regular enchants for magicka. This obviously isn't final stats at CP160 gear, but it gives a decent comparison of how they match up. For jewerly I'm wearing 3 pc willpower.

Julianos gives best damage/crit
Kagrenac's gives best regen and middle damage
TBS gives lowest stats overall, but has most versatility, in that you can change to what works best for yourself.
Based on everyone's input and these values, I think I'll go with Kagrenac's.
