Aldmeri Dominion appears to now lack a large, active, and effective guild for alliance-restricted gameplay. To resolve this we have formed one as of yesterday and are in recruitment phase. Details are below:

Dominion PVP and Trials was formed in May 29, 2016 in order to join AD players in scheduled events of centralized PVP, including both Emperor and Sewer runs for Molag Bal and his patrolling horrors, and PVE with group requirements such as Trials or the Craglorn quests.

Members are able to participate in any events and can be promoted to a rank in which they want to focus (Trials, Sewers, Thornblade PVP, Haderus PVP, and any others later added or replacing the above) for quick identification of players in the guild.

Active Members can request an Event Leader (EL) to schedule an event on the MOTD. Either an EL or the requesting member can lead a scheduled event, but if an EL is present then s/he will briefly report on the event afterwards, promote participants and have the overriding vote on any major disagreement between the EL and member leading the event. After a few successful events and displaying decent leadership skills, Active Members can be promoted to Event Leader.

At the discretion of other officers an EL may be promoted to officer status which carries the same rights of an EL but allows for more guild management rights and access to 9 trait crafters with every motif in the game.

Once we hit 500 Members we will be required to clear inactive members from time to time. Message Seepuh or another member if removed to get reinvited.

While the player base isn't PG13, Officers and the GM will remove anyone for the following:
-Excessive harassment of other members,
-Reasonable believe that someone has joined just to spy for EP/AD,
-Multiple instances of racial and sexist slurs over guild voice channels, or
-Reputation among the community for being a bank thief or scammer (these players should not benefit from the synergized work from a community that s/he has stolen.)
