Help with StamDk pvp bow and board build ( ps4 so still thieves guild)

Hi I have a v16 imperial stam tank which I also want to pvp with, I have about 430CP and can craft up to 8 trait gear.
I want to use a bow a s&b build since I hate 2handers. Right now I'm wearing
2p leki's s&b
1p bloodspawn
1p kena
5p hundings
3p agility
Random bow since I'm not good enough to complete Vmsa
When I have it I'll switch to marksman but in the meantime what can I improve? What are good stats? S&b bar I have 2250 weapon damage unbuffed but on my bow bar only 1700 or so, I do have 1900 stam regen.
I respecced this toon to stam because of the upcoming dark brotherhood changes and I really want to make the most of him in pvp since he's also my main.
So help a fellow dk out please

I dont think s+s is a bad choice, but you lack close range aoe and not having rally is tough.
I personally think that bow 2h is the strongest stam dk, with dual wield pretty close behind.
You gain the defense and mitigation with s+b sure, but we lack burst to begin with so going more into the tank line with a back up bow to me is a bit counter productive.
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.0 -

Isn't the leeching set heavy armor? I don't think I explained myself correctly, I pve I tank in 5h 1m 1l but in pvp I'm not at tank and run 5m 1h 1l
First I ran s&b + 2hander but I feel it's to slow and I don't like wrecking blow all that much
