but as soon as i get 20 lvl i see on-screen notification GAINED 3 SKILL POINTS lol
and now i am at 3/40

intended bug?

    This is how they made up for the 15 skill points from VR2-16. You get multiples up to level 50 at certain ranges
    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    Go read the patch notes again. With feeling this time.

    This time you will notice that at certain points between 1-1-50 you now get additional skill points to make up for the loss of the ones from v1-16.

    Did they not change the amount of skill points for certain levels to make up for the fact that Vet levels 1 through 16 are removed in the DB expansion.

    If you are on console then it is a bug.
