Increased skill cost with last dlc, why ?

Dear Zenimax,

How do you justify this ? Increase cost of all skills with dark brotherhood, add poisons for make players run out of ressources faster. And before, you reduced heal, shield and damages with imperial city update (pvp was awful after that, bye some possibility for 1vsX). And I also forget escapes, and all these insane and frustratives snares fest. Increased purge cost, etc...
I can add in this list many others changes I'm sure.

I know that's a mmo, designed for play in group, etc... But don't punish players if they don't want to play in groups, or zerging with their faction in pvp. My feelings are your just discourage after each update solo and force them to join bigger groups.

Disgusting and sad. :(

    As has been explained quite a few times already, cost scaling was a bit broken due to Veteran Ranks. Now that Veteran Ranks are removed and replaced with Champion Points, the cost increase of abilities relative to character 'level' is working as intended, which results in more expensive skills than before.

    In short: Your skills were too cheap before, that got fixed.

    Each update provides less and less character progression.

    The exact opposite of how MMO's should work.

    Some of us have put over 3,000 hours into the game and our characters are actually weaker now than they were at the thousand hour mark.

    It is disgusting and sad indeed.

    Should rebalance so Cyrodiil back to 20% dmg/healing reduction. 50% makes fights too long, those that cry about dieing in one combo should have more than 20k health.

    I disagree with the OP.

    I like the move toward making sustain a consideration again whereas dps had been the clear way to go for so long.

    If the new changes mean we have to choose and trade off between multiple feasible strategies or that soloing group content becomes harder... i dont see that in a bad way at all.

    Its arguable whether db changes go far enough.

    Effectively managing Resources used to be a large part of PvP and some parts of PvE. When the champion system was introduced no alterations were made and overtime resources required no management at all and you could fight, spamming abilities non-stop.

    I love the increased costs as it brings back that tactical aspect of managing your resources well in fights as well as varying build that go for more burst DPS or sustainable resources as last patch you could stack nothing but Weapon Damage and not bother with Regen what so ever with your Armour sets and still would be fine with your resource management.
