Game breaking bug - All Ultimate reduction passives are broken

This is a serious issue that universally effects every build, even ones that do not necessarily rely or stacking ult reduction passives. At the moment, all ultimates can only be cast at their base cost.

Electroheadz✭✭✭Well there had been posts and videos about that issue already but nothing is happening until Monday I'm afraid (but i still hope for something before weekend). It seems that things only get fixed asap when it's beneficial for players, not when it hinders our gameplay.2 -
