Crafting bag vanished along with all materials

I had my crafting bag after the update. Then I returned this morning and it was gone along with all my materials.

Did your subscription run out today?
Did you create a new caracter (even though that bug should have been patched)

My subscription is about a week old. I think even if my sub didn't exist my mats should have returned to my normal inventory. If they don't have a plan for that, then they'll be pissing off a lot of players who might take time off then lose their mats because they don't have it coded to move items from crafting bag to normal inventory.

We did create a new character yesterday, but that shouldn't have impacted the crafting bag. I think it had a crafting bag at first but then it vanished. When I was in cyrodiil right after the patch it I had it. But I'm not sure if I had it after the second time the server went down.

Sometimes on XBOX NA when I log in my ESO+ membership perks and DLC do not load. I normally have to log out and then back in (this resolves the issue). Never played on PC so I am not sure if this is an issue on PC, but maybe something like this is affecting you at this time.

@autumnsongbird You can manually remove items from your crafting bag by going to it, right clicking and selection "withdraw" (or a very similiar word). If your sub runs out you are not locked out of all your materials. hopefully you took my advice in the other thread and put in a help ticket as that's who will be able to help if your mats are missing from your crafting bag.

I don't actually have a crafting bag. It is literally gone. No crafting bag and no materials tab in the list. Both have vanished. Very weird. So now I still pick up stuff because I'm a good little harvester, but I suspect that when I receive them they are dispersed into the great unknown.

Even gone from my bank. It's like I was robbed by game code.

Is there any way to know if this is even being investigated or if a fix is being developed? Not being able to access an entire section of my inventory through my menu is problematic. I did have the crafting bag after the patch. Then it vanished entirely from my menu on my characters. Does customer support even look into these things.

@autumnsongbird Have you disabled ALL addons? As well have you contacted support? You should send in a ticket as that will get you help for sure, where as the forums are mostly other players.

I haven't gotten any kind of reply for this. I don't have any addons yet. I can't even fish yet I have collected tons of bait since this happened. So now I suspect that any collecting I have done is not being added to my inventory because I should be able to fish if it were. I am not sure if some purchases I made to upgrade armor went into my inventory either because my inventory seems to not be working with regards to materials and crafting.

The only response I got after submitting it was on the screen in game where if gave me a number. I'm wondering if not having ESO's craft bag might at least give me access to my materials. But I am stuck with it for 20 something more days until ESO expires.
