If you have Shuffle active and you use any Cloak or Morph your character does not appear invisible on your screen, like the Shuffle effect cancels out the cloak effect, the cloak still works but you cannot see that you are cloaked.

✭ZOS doesn't consider it a bug. Reported it many patches ago (august 2015):

and while it's not a "bug", I still say it's a "problem" for players and should be considered to be resolved in some way or another.

✭Oh indeed... this is shuffle now cancelling other visual effects too (like NB cloak).. might actually still be related to visual effects not properly stacking.0
