(RESOLVED) Litany of blood bugged spawns (NPC doesnt respawn)

I could not find 2 NPCs for the achievment

IF someone finds them let me know

Elfdyr in Riften doesnt spawn.
Caraleth in Greenshade doesnt spawn. FOUND THIS ONE

I could not find the NPC in Stonefalls either.

Did you try going all over the city?

I thought the Auridon one was bugged too until I realised she spawned in several locations. I rode around until I found her.

I've seen people with the costume, so it's not bugged for EP at least.

Found both, they were just on opposite side of town wtf

after a few DB quests you can get a quest
