Elf ears disappeared with new patch

All of my elven characters that have long hairstyles have completely lost their ears!
Here is my main, you can clearly see her ears on both sides. Now since the patch, she has no ears at all.

The ears are the least of your problems - I'd go see a doctor for a checkup on your implants, they seem to have developed a horizontal fold in both sides.9 -

I even made them on purpose the largest ones so they could stand out from the hair and show her cute pointy ears. If they were the smallest ones you can make they wouldn't have stood out from the hair anyway so I don't understand why they would hide all ears now...PC EU // Guild: Hodor ♥╭∩╮◕ل͜◕)1 -

I'd also like to report that when wearing the Mages Guild robes my hair clips through the costume, making it appear like I've had my hair trimmed as well as my ears cut off.
Mages Guild Formal Robes (but it happens on all 3 variations):

The hood also clips through the costume when toggled on - instead of being rounded on the edges, it's completely flat (again, happens on all 3 Mages Guild costumes):
