Character name info (under health bar) on players is too convoluted

Thanks for your efforts in the update so far ZOS, I'd like to share some feedback however.
Before the update when I looked at a player, it would just show their character's name and level (with an icon of their pvp rank). It was nice simple and clean.
Now with the update, rather than a simple name appearing when I look at a player, it's a convoluted paragraph that shows up. Player name, their @name as well, their level, their rank (not as an icon, but actually spelled out), their title, and its like a paragraph under their health bar.
Not only is it uneasy on the eyes but its harder to read. I think it was better before when it was just a simple character name.

Is it possible to turn @names , CP nonsense and titles off?
Why do they insist on filling the screen with garbage that doesn't appear to have a toggle? There was a long thread about this at one point. Why do you not listen Zenimax? Not everyone wants to have this rot floating above other people's heads.

I hate the change so much. I'm using addons to avoid seeing all the clutter.
ZOS should have made it toggleable. Add an option, "Show Only Character Name". Also let us turn all those symbols off.
Ideally, I would like to be able to see only name and title, preferably on the same format that the nameplates have ("Silencer Beatrice Leoriane" or "Aerindel, the Master Wizard", depending on the title). Maybe add an option to show the level/CR under that, then.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.

Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
