they have the PTS running the patch for a month, animation bugs gapcloser and abilities are broken even though they have been reported since day 1, now they proceed to put down the server for game breaking bugs but they do *** all about the feedback that they got on the PTS? pathetic company0 -

Every game and every DLC in any game I have played there is always one. No matter how well the release/dlc is.
They may not be the best, but I have seen far worse (from many companies and games), and have heard of way worse.1 -

Umm, will try to explain PTS testing.
The PTS is offered so players can test it in hopes of finding more bugs than they found on their private test server.
Thing is, the small number is testers and hours of interaction on the PTS it's not mathematical probable that every big will be found. At that it is possible something major will go undetected also.
You didn't state what server you are on. For the NA server the patch was early morning and this emergency maintenance was mid afternoon. Good timing for most.0 -
