Cant connect to the game on just one of my characters.

I get the message "Cant connect to the game server, please make sure you have a valid internet connection".

This is just on my sorceror, my nb and templar can connect just fine.

My wife is getting the same on her crafter, she can't log on and also gets the same message "Cant connect to the game server, please make sure you have a valid internet connection"

Where were the characters that you can't log onto left when you last logged out? There is very heavy load in cities with respec shrines right now, plus Rawlk'ha, and a few other areas. It might be worth trying again at a less busy time (because I have had problems in these areas previously, I tend now to log out with characters in less busy places).

The character is in reapers march, rawl kha. So that could be the problem.

My character is named Celanir Jovre and he is in reapers march.

I am having the same problem with my Sorc in Deshaan but also my Dragonknight in Deshaan also so I don't think this problem is class specific. Please help, my sorc has all my items, money and damage,

I have the same problem.

My character is named "WHAT A FANCY STAM SORC" and is located in Deshaan

So I think we've narrowed it down that all the Sorcs in Deshaan are screwed, if it helps you ZOS Employee, on the character selection screen the two accounts I have logged into have the CP logo next to their level 50 mark, however everyone without it cannot log in

I also can't log into my Sorc Sarfina in Deshaan. My other characters work fine.

Hey gang, the servers have been taken down for maintenance so you won't be able to log in until the servers are back online. When they are back, please try logging into these characters again and then reply here to let me know if you're still not able to log on. Again, please be sure to include the name of your character, the zone they are in, and also the server would be helpful.
