Nowhere to be found in the patch notes is the addition of a cost to crafting/deconstructing/upgrading of items. Sneaking it in hoping we will just spam craft our gold away is a dirty move and I just wanted to let people know it has happened, I won't be back to check this but yeah be warned crafters.

    so they have made it so that it costs Gold on top of the mats Needed for the Gear in question?!?

    Are you sure you are not just confusing the change in display on the tooltips - the gold value of an item is now down at the bottom of the tooltip to make room for the CP level to be displayed.

    There is no gold cost for crafting.

    This is how I understood it on the PTS. Just an improvement to the UI. Nothing more.

    Wouldn't make sense. To charge someone 50 gold to craft a chest piece when they collected all the matts.
