Crafting Bag: Still counts as Inventory Space?

I was under the impression that the Bag would be seperate from my inventory space.
Seems absolutely not the case?

✭✭✭✭✭Please read the patch notes. It explains all including that the crafting bag doesn't count against inventory space.
This is why they go through the trouble of creating and actually posting patch notes.2 -
