Huge lag spikes the last week

For the last week I've been getting really inconsistent latency. It'll be fine for 2-3 minutes, then I'll get a huge lag spike out of nowhere (latency, not FPS drop) that lasts anywhere from 500ms-2 seconds or so, it might repeat a time or two, then it's fine again for another few minutes.
I main a tank and it makes it really hard to do veteran dungeons. I've tried the things in the stickied thread already but it didn't seem to help. I'm not sure if it's related to the upcoming Dark Brotherhood patch or not, but it does make the game virtually unplayable.
Any tips are appreciated!
