All the programmers are working on ESO2. Sheogorath's "Quest for Cheese".... working title;)
Lowbie players have to kill rats for their cheese or skilled thieves can 'steal' cheese from traps... Still a work in progress;)

Altaire✭✭✭Update! They are working on fixing cheese trap exploit/bug, and working on resetting to the default "Rat Wacking Stick" that many low lever player inexplicably have replaced w/ end game equipment.

Reykice✭✭✭✭✭Its a big game and most mistakes were made so far back they don`t have the resources to do major tweaking to the engine and so on.
They did improve it since launch by a lot, if it had launched like this it would have been a hit but o well. Slow and steady i guess.1 -

I am honestly convinced of this when certain issues persist for so long.
Gap closers, Overload being buggy, Snipe hitting up to 10 seconds after being cast, Cyrodiil lag.... There are tons of issues like this which may never get fixed.1 -
