Given people revealing that cheat engine works on ESO and all the things that implies, I just want to laugh at all of the supposed PC master race. Shout out to all xbox and PS players, we might not get DPS meters, but at least our pvp is still relatively playable.

Cheat Engine did not work till last patch I believe. Exploiters just figured it out after that I think,
I believe if I get the memory locs for the current hack, I can replicate it in the PS4 and XB1 versions. I am a game modder for both console and PC and got a long experience with RAM hacks to know how it can be done. What intrigues me is that somehow the client info is now overriding server info and forcing custom stats.

Using exploits in competitive games is a sick way to play and bad for the health of the game overall.

It is infinitely harder to manipulate client data on consoles than PC, trying to argue this, regardless of any "game modding" experience you have is a fallacy.

With or without Cheat Engine, the PvP is still relatively unplayable.

People are complaining about lag. Lag is *mostly* generated because each stat has to be force fed from the server, which creates security, but exponentially increases the communication. Far less hacks to be had, for more lag.

Is ZOS trying to remedy that by giving the client more control? Because when they do, that's what you get. Hacks and mods. I'm specifically looking at you, Neverwinter Online and Grand Theft Auto Online.

It's just like real life. It's inconvenient to have to lock your doors, and you might burn to death one night cause you can't get out in time. But your a fool if you don't.

Current consoles may not have that program, but 360 did and rest assured people are working to bring it to you too. And of course you still have the macros, so not exactly cheat free as you think you are. Where macros are available, simple macro based bots are also. The cheaters are still there, and doing so in an environment where many people don't believe they exist.

Granted, I am sure they pale in comparison to the ones using PC. If console had text chat, and the same keybinding availability PC gamepad users(I can remap onto my chatpad as well on PC for all those non combat binding needs) have then I would probably rather play on console.
