The point is - things lose value over time, it's normal. Happens IRL, happened in ESO quite a few times, too.
The point is, not all things become cheaper. You pay more rent, no matter how you'd like to twist your own words to "prove" everything becomes cheaper to argue the achievement requirements should become cheaper as well.

No, that makes no sense. If titles are checkpoint marks, then so are dyes, some costumes, some pets. The mechanism of obtaining them is the same.
It makes perfect sense for me. And the dyes, costumes, etc. are no checkpoints anymore -because- they went account wide with the "Tamriel Unlimited" changes to the system. I am just saying, if they were to make titles account wide as well, then there would be -nothing- left to fill the "checkpoint-mark" role anymore. And that is why I don't want it.

Yes duh, makes no sense, so why keep it.
It makes no sense to -you- maybe, but it makes a lot of sense to me. Pity some people are incapable of unwilling to look at something from anothers point of view...

And I do indeed get your point of view.
You want to play different characters, yet have the game treat them all as if they all were one character, achievement-wise.
Which may be a good thing for an achievement hunter... but a bad thing for anyone else, especially roleplayers.

Whiyh is why I argue against it, and will keep doing so.

And yes MA is different because it demands knowing how to play a certain class. Adding multiple completions to achievements - tusk that. Who would you do it for? It's a slap in the face of achievement hunters, it would force them to play alts. We just want an option to play alts if we want and not waste time, not be forced to play them.
Like mentioned before, there is no "forced", you either choose if getting something is worth the effort, or not. Just like noone is "forcing" the achievement hunters to PvP for the PvP achievements, or noone is "forcing" them to run dungeons for the dungeon achievements - they either choose to pursue those, or not. And IF there ever were account overwiew multi-chartacter achievements, then it would be the same. A choice, nothing more.

It's awesome and some achievements are tied to cadwells. So in a way the game doesn't allow me to see all quests with one character, in a way, it forces me to do so. And I don't complain, I want all achievements. I just don't like that I can't enjoy playing alts or re-roll.
Again, you are not forced. You just have it as option to choose - even before DB anyone who really wanted to could skip cadwells and grind their way to V16. I am certain therer are people mindless enough to have one just that and not suffered mass suicieded among their brain cells... they just miss out on a lot of things going that route, like quest skill points, skyshards, wayshrine unlocks, and yes, achievements.

It would be a bad step. It wouldnt' be that bad if achievements weren't grindy though. Say, multiple completions of vMA - that makes sense. Multiple grindy stuff like trophies, fishing etc - please no. I'd go back to two categories I distinguish: character and player-specific achievements. Counting multiple completions of character-specific achievements wouldn't be so bad.
I still think that since they always had rather grindy achievements from the start, the logical step from account overview to counting multiple completions would be done for All achievements, turning the grindy ones in supergrindy ones.
And personally I would not complain - I would just ask for ways to make then less grindy, ways that might be done much like the experience gain boost thing - either get it through a lot of extra effort in-game, or buy it in the crown store to increase their profits.
There could be so many things... super-bait to make every fishing net something to count towards master angler, and finish that one quick (but costly), summoning stones to force general appereances, or lucky charms that make getting a creature trophy all but certain...
It would be a MUCH better was in my opinion to deal with this issue. Not in the least because it also gave them some gain for their work in inplementing it in the profits they might have from impatient people...

Nah, you're trying to make everyone have a pole in their ***. Every character would have their own achievements and you wouldn't lose anything. I just want it to be acknowledged that it's one person who plays all the characters on one account.

And those achievements of their own would be yuour checkpoint marks. DYes etc became account-wide, now it's titles' turn to be moved to collections. You'll still have achievements. You still aren't forced to use a title a specific toon didn't "earn", if you want to show off your checkpoint marks for some reason. Just like you aren't forced to use dyes, pets etc that were unlocked on other toons, but you still probably do because it's convenient and you wouldn't want to repeat mindless boring grind again. Still expect others to do it for titles, though. Or not see their total achievement score while playing alts.

I love to make alts, but i`l never change my main (magicka dk) for another toon. There is the problem. To be honest, is HARD to enjoy TG content with diferent class than rogue. I think DB dlc will be no diferent. I dont min to lvl up NB (and i already did) to enjoy the content at max, but i want the achievments on my main. And this achievments we get with TG are not one day work. What choises i have? To skip achievments, put DK in corner and enjoy the content with my NB alt. Or to strugle with my clumsy DK and to curse every time when i hear "Thef, stop PLEASE" only to list the achievments. OR, IF, I hope, WHEN zos make them achievments shared to account, to enjoy the game with all of my characters. What do you think guys? We already seen it in many games. Or this is to much to ask?

I want account wide achievements. As for your MagDK, I run one as well, my only character, my beloved character. Since Day 1 almost 200 days PLAYED time. I got all heists done and never had problems with the sneaking.

Get the Medium Armour passive Improved Sneak and combine with the Legerdemain's Improved Hiding passive. Then equip a 5 piece Night's Silence medium armor set (I have one for when I do TG and now DB content). Have rapids in your bar, stamina potions, stamina food. Perfect thief. And now with Blade of Woe we don't need to worry about damage from stealth.

Roll a NB just because cheesy easy mode sounds boring. The thrill and skill required to run a MagDK thief and assassin is just the sweet spot.
