Vet rank costumes

What will happen to the vet rank costumes once Dark Brotherhood comes out? Will people who didn't get them never be able to have them or will they be tied to the champion point system instead?

You will get them at the corresponding CP thresholds.

Hahaha the Vet rank costume is sooo ugly.1
