    I have found that if you are super detailed in your ticket you get a really good response from CS. Good luck with this.

    Sometimes things just go missing when putting in the bank. It happens here and there in PC land, so I'm sure they'll be able to help you (:

    I apologize for reviving this thread, but I thought that some of you would like to know that my missing item problem was resolved by the customer support team. It didn't happen right away, and I had to appeal, but I was returned my Gold Lich chest, and I am now a proud owner of a complete gold Lich set. Similarly, I was returned a little less than a dozen kutas that also disappared upon being deposited into the guild bank. For the record, I recommend not depositing gold items into guild banks for safety. Thanks everyone for giving me hope throughout the process. I'm not a sad adventurer anymore. =D

    Great for you mate! Too bad the support aren't that good for all people. I've registered two tickets for 4 Hakeijo runes that magically disappeared but they weren't able to help me :(

    Sorry to hear about your predicament. I understand how you feel. Yeah, I had a few good stolen armor pieces, which included a chest and greave, taken by a guard who caught me looting. I was pissed off at first, but laughed wholeheartedly when running around streaking in my underwear.

    Anyhow, not to sway away from your discussion thread, but I just joined a couple guilds, can you or anyone tell me how to put stuff on sale through the guild? I have the option to sale with one guild right now, but not sure how.

    I feel your pain OP

    I put a Dylora's Staff on sale and a week had gone by and no mail I was like ...is this even possible? DID I sell it? What's going on?

    So I checked on all my chars and it was no where to be found, later I panicked because I thought I had put it in a guild bank instead of selling it as well...

    Nope nothing. I did check all the guild stores and also didn't see it. ( I never use 3 of my 5 guilds for selling but checked there anyway ). So eventually I found it, it was in one of the 3 guilds I never sell in because they don't have traders, the UI/ sell log was bugged and didn't always display the items and sometimes just displayed the menu bars.

    Long story short I just lost 2.5k and not the whole item.

    I TRULY HOPE, there is a silver lining to your situation as well OP as I know how much this stings, my condolences...

    That is rough and I hope your sister gets better soon, however this may not be the best place for the "I have it worse" game. This is a gaming forum so OP is justified in feeling upset over a lost item. It is not okay for you to invalidate others feelings because you are having a rough time. If you are looking to just spread your misery may I suggest Reddit.

    That's not cool man. This is a gaming forum, real life issue of course are worse than gaming issues but this is not the place to belittle someone.

    For those of you who have run into this situation, have you checked the banks for all guilds you're in (if you're in multiple guilds) to see if maybe the item was accidentally placed in the wrong guild bank?

    in a situation like this, there ought to be information leading up to the fact that you actually owned the item right? if it suddenly vanished and it no longer is in your inventory, would this not be something that a ZOS_GM could help fix for the customer?

    just a thought... but could anyone else have taken the item out of the guild bank? I never use guild banks for that reason... ive heard of others taking other peoples items ( nirn for example )

    The problem was solved by customer support - I think this is a typical case were customer support can track down what happened and help with replacing the missing item, as long as you still know, from whom you bought it, so that support knows were to start with the investigation. Without enough detail they cannot really help and just on faith they won't replace it.

    LOL @Burning_Talons The issue was resolved. Customer support helped me get my item back. No need to send gold... unless you're feeling general. ;P And have special magic powers that allows you to send gold from XBox to PS4.

    I had missing item situation with my bank the other day. I was in a dungeon, called up my banker, withdrew 4 crown repair kits, but when I checked my inventory, they were gone. Not in bank, not on character. A few days later, they miraculously showed up back in my bank. Hopefully, you will have similar luck.

    Nestor, I bought the purple one for 40k and the gold one for 75k. I resold the purple one for 75k. ;P I basically got the tempers for free.

    P.S. Customer Service sent me the gold chest back after investigating it.
