✭✭Thankfully the Dark Brotherhood patch was actually quite small, about 3.5GB if I recall correctly.
However I would caution against planning any kind of time off/holiday around this because (and I stress this is not ZOS-exclusive) games that are updated very often have a lot of issues on release day, possibly even leading to an entire day wasted.
Once we know the maintenance schedule, probably later this week, we can plan ahead!. 0 -

You never know what to expect. With Wrothgar, I was playing around 10:00 EST. I can't recall if TG went that smoothly, but other patches have resulted in very long down times.
