Honestly how much time do you spend on the forums?

Out of curiosity I was wondering how much time everyone spends reading or participating on the forums here? I can honestly say I spend a lot of time here reading and commenting. Before I head to work in between catching up on world events I read these forums while drinking coffee before I go to work. I don't really have the time to devote to logging into the game in the morning. When I get home from work I have to get the dog fed and start dinner, sometimes after dinner I'm tired and I just want to watch tv and read these forums. I don't really have a block of time to log in and start a interesting quest. How about everyone else? I sometimes feel I spend more time here than in the game playing.

I sit in front of the computer 12 hours a day and i always have a browser open with a few forums i frequent, including this one.

Seriously though, I futz on the forums during morning and evening commutes, when watching TV and during down moments of the day (you can read that however you want. Heheh). My phone is my primary forum access.

I'd bet real money that I've spent about twice as much time on the forums as ESO. I don't have much time to sit down in front of my PC to play for long stretches of time but I can always check the forums throughout the day.

I've visited the forum's 736 time's. I'd say a decent amount of time. No where close to my in game time but still a significant amount.

Ever since the long loading screens a while back, I've developed this habit of checking the forums while I wait for the game to load

Even considered asking the mods to take away my forum priviliges

Probably an hour a day. It's hard to guess accurately as I check it frequently on my PC and my phone at random times. Typing this comment right now on my phone while about to go to sleep

These forums have become many things to me over the last 2 years.

A way to keep up on the latest news/events in the game.

A place to learn from those who have more knowledge about builds/mechanics.

Always a good place for a laugh during breaks at work...and sometimes when I'm supposed to BE working

A place to hang out with other ESO addicts

But MOST of all...a place that I have met some fellow posters whom I now can count as friends.

Aside from the "occasional" times when things go absolutely Ape $hit Crazy around these parts...It's a fun place to hang out and talk about a fun game to play

Edit: Lucky for me spelling and typing are not required to play ESO

I'm a developer/graphic designer, I have to "turn off" every once in a while, nothing better than arguing on the internet with people I barely know. Still, browser is always open, so, the correct answer should be "all the time".

I have it open on my iPad for most of the day, but only look at it while reports are running. Since I am at work around 10.5 hours a day, I get to post a lot in bursts.

I have the forum up on a browser tab a lot of the time, but I'm usually busy doing other things and don't follow it closely. I tend to go through bouts of posting frequently, and not posting at all. I am usually more active during a testing cycle on the PTS.

Hello I'm a compulsive forum reader, I used to just read the forums now and then when I wanted to know something specific, but then work got really stressful, and I started looking at the forums more and more. Now I spend more work hours on the forums than both working and gaming combined.

i have been playing the game for almost a year and i was visiting the forum to see the discussion and had no idea why i couldn't log in with my username. Then i found out i needed to contact zenimax so they would create a forum profile for me only 2 or 3 days ago haha. so i have been visiting the forum for a while but i just started posting in it xD

Only when I have a couple of minutes at work. When I'm home I play the game

However when they took the servers down because of the writ dupe I made popcorn, watched the forums and just pressed F5.
