We have reported one particular person for this yet he is still doing it on haderus as we speak. I invite a dev to come see. There have been many others do this but this but this person doesnt care who knows. Please do something now.

Maybe he is using a combination of sets and abilities that increase movement speed that stack together to create a build that would allow a use to move faster then expected.

You can't link directly to the video, but you should put the video on your youtube channel and then link to your youtube channel rather than the video. That should sufficiently bypass naming and shaming.

Nightblade vamps with path of darkness and certain sets allow you to move as fast as a normal horse sprinting on foot.

Can't do much dmg, but you are the flash. Used to be in stealth they were actually faster than the fastest horse.

Rapid Maneuvers + Steed Mundus + Essence of Speed Potion will make you run faster than your mount.

Athletics skill line will also help.

Rapid and the speed potion both provide the same major expedition buff, don't they?

There is a clear way to tell if someone is using an actual hack by the way. If you can see their movements and they are not teleporting around its most likely just something you don't know about, exploit or legit not withstanding.

I'm not a tech nerd so I apologize if I don't word correctly but keep in mind sometimes if you are lagging behind drastically sometimes characters will look like they are "speeding up" when in fact it's just your computer catching up to real time.

Yep the speed cheats are getting out of hand and only seem to be done by a certain few in pvp.

I have played this game long enough I know what the different legit speeds look like, running around like the flash is not a legit build of any kind. Be it third party speed hack program or, just a combo of broken game mechanics, an exploit is an exploit and needs to be fixed and players banned for abusing them.

fjord set + darkstrider + sorc and you can run so fast that its ridiculous. my full speeded horse with rapid maneuver just barely able to keep up

Fjord 15 percent movement speed increase, medium armor, steed stone, major expedition, minor expedition (I forget which skills have them, but some do and stam sorcs will soon) = holy cow speed. May not be a hack/exploit.

There are speed hacks guys lol... dunno how they are doing it... but it's happening. when someone uses it in duels and then says HEY, this time I won't exploit... there is clearly something** to it.
I'm not talking mount speed. I'm talking on foot... fast and attacking the speed of oh... idk... rapids+mount speed+ cyrodils ward. While on foot WBing.

Those still trying to explain this away with "L2P, this is just stacking skills, gear and buffs" either have no idea what is going on or they have an agenda trying to take away attention from the hacks.

There are two speed hacks/exploits i know of and they have been with the game for a long time. They have also been pointed out to ZOS over and over and over and yet here we are, still sending videos to ZOS as if this was something new.

This. So much this. There's a pretty obvious website that gives out said tool, and one of the forum posters here from back in the day used his same name ON THAT SITE as the one he used here and I pointed this out to ZoS and nothing was done. Everything he showed there with his characters he also showed videos here with the same characters. I mean come on. How much more obvious does it have to be lol.

Maybe one day zos will stand up and find a way to stop it. Don't hold your breath, I'm pretty sure that dream is right up there where they put spellcrafting, i.e. no eta or abandoned.

Still love the game though
