Bolt of Numidium

This may seem like a very irrelevant and strange question, but has anyone looted the Epic/Purple 'Bolt of Numidium'? And if so in what faction? I'm a collector of sorts and I have yet to acquire this little trinket, thanks in advance (:

I once looted a vein from the Heart of Lorkhan from somewhere in Craglorn if I remember correctly.

Honestly I cant imagine anything being more valuable then that, a few more veins and I could see godhood on the horizon.

EDIT: Go ahead and try and name one thing that you could loot that would be more valuable then that.

Well they're all worth the same! I think it's a matter of preference when you want to keep something or not. Personally I like all the dwemer artifacts.

I got Almalexia's lock of hair as a random drop from a strongbox in Elden Root so I guess Bolt of Numidium is also a random drop.

Right but certain factions have unique epics, I know for certain it is not in EP. There are 36 epics and 12 in each faction.

I got a Dwemer Puzzle Cube today. The only other one I have found is a map or directions to get to The Clockwork City.

I wish these things were no longer bound and able to be traded once laundered, I could see them being popular with collectors, RP guilds, and as small prizes for guild events in certain guilds (winner could keep the item if a collector, or vendor it or put it on sale via a guild for a decent sum).

But "Almalexia's lock of hair" seems like a pretty straight forward EP thing, yet it droped in Elden Root, capital of AD...

The Bolt can drop anywhere, although it may have a higher chance in certain zones.

Very true! I wish there were notes on the details in patches.
