I believe it's how developers need to adjust plan to release at same time.
It can be little hectic for them but consoles should have same time.

It is because Sony and Microsoft approval process takes long and nothing can be pushed out without it unlike with PC which is an open platform you can push DLC out faster when there is no "Gatekeeper"

why sould we wait because you chose to play on the inferior platform?

^Exactly this.
PC can launch it normally, whereas Microsoft and Sony need to approve them over a process that takes like two weeks.
Plenty of games will hold on to the PC update for that time so the updates can coincide, but this isn't the case with ZOS.
Honestly as a PS4 player it does not affect me at all lol. I could care less if PC gets it two weeks later

You need to let the beta testers test it for us first
As others have said it is easier to release on PC first because Sony and Microsoft have an approval process ZOS has to go through to release on console. The PTS is PC only as well so all of the game testing and tweaking is done on one platform.
What the hell what game are you playing it'd laggy as hell on consoles.in PVe and PVP .Lord_Dexter wrote: »Lord_Dexter wrote: »phaneub17_ESO wrote: »Different encoding process, and their updates have to get a pass from Sony and Microsoft. PC has no third party vendor to get clearance.

I also own PC version but console is so good, lag free and better managed,
Why Console users should wait???

So approval for Sony can be applied earlier?

because you chose to play on baisically bad pcs with old hardware that are gated and still owned by the cooperations you paid too much for to take them home/rent them? We the pc crowd actually decide what to install and when to install it. Don't blame anybody else for your bad shopping decission

Just tell me do you compete in endgame PVE or just the base game solo content that's all I am asking.Lord_Dexter wrote: »What type of PVE do you play?Is it the sol . 1-50 content or dungeons and trials?I won't believe that you do any type of endgame content and you game doesn't lag.Lord_Dexter wrote: »I am not be facing lags in PVE so can not complain.

Everyone blames Sony and Microsoft but yet there are plenty of other similar titles that get the DLC out at the samt time like DCUO or FFXIV, there are plenty of others.
