What all does the Elf Bane 5pc affect?

I'm curious,
(5 items) Increases duration of your damaging fire effect by 2 seconds.

Does this attribute to abilities like elemental blockade? And if used with Burning Embers would the corresponding heal be larger due to longer length?

Yes it's worthless compared to other 5 sets you could go with though.

Just tested on PTS, does not increase the length of AOE fire damage abilities, standard, eruption, or elemental blockade. Flame reach, burning embers, Bruning breath and other dots it does scale with including the dot from talons.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_KaiSchober @ZOS_JanS can any of you confirm that it is intended for it to not increase length of AOE flame abilities?

Hopefully they can make it effect all AOE flame abilities. It may almost be a useful 5 piece then.

Confirmed that it affects:
1. Burning Embers
2. Burning Breath
3. Burning Talons

It does NOT affect:
1. Eruption / Cinder Storm
2. Standard
3. Magma Armor
4. Inferno
5. Shooting Star
6. Volcanic Rune

Have not tested:
1. Impulse
2. WoE
3. Flame Reach

TBH, the 5-pc bonus really just needs to be +5% fire damage or something like that.

I like it how it is, if it we're to effect AOE abilities like it should, a lot of uptime can focus more on DPs then applying dots etc
