Is There a ESO mod to change your Charators name?

Is there a ESO Mod that will let me change my ESO Orc character's name.
I was going to be a explorer but now I'm very passionate about being a Guild's Shop's Chief.
I'm getting very good at it too.
All I need is a Character name changer.
Please Help. Thanks

No. Changing your name would be a major mechanic that affects everyone, not just you. No way they'd let a third party mod that aspect of the game.

Yes, it's called Scammer and it lets you intercept everybody's mail etc. and basically breaks the game... Totally allowed, hehe, totally allowed
