✭✭✭✭Google search says Boethiah. Fist and Snake is definitely His/Her symbol. Not sure if the statue is of Boethiah or of someone else. ✭✭Scratch what I said earlier. After looking around that is Boethiah's symbol and looks similar to a statue she had in Oblivion.
