Good Effing Job on AD Alliance ZOS!

I just had to stop playing for a few minutes to type this. I've been playing since console release and there have been few "WOW" moments quite like what I just experienced.

Fighting the sea serpent on the Prowler was pretty epic for me. Yeah, the mechanics for the ballistae were quite limited but it was very fun overall while defending the ship.
I'm naturally EP so this was done during Cadwell Gold and honestly I can't quite recall a quest like this across the other alliances. The main storylines have been pretty great as a whole too.

My fellow EP brethren are going to hate me for this, but it's so satisfying doing stuff for the Queen. She's much more memorable than the other two political figures IMO.

Great job ZOS and also great job on the overall scenery for the zones in the AD alliance. It's very beautiful.

Theres a few quests / lines that i like , not many but a few.

I really like the rivenspire main quest too, got to love vamps.

The OP is in for a treat! As you advance within the AD areas, you will find some of the quests hilarious. I've been everywhere in this game and I consider Auridon to be my characters' homeland: I always return there.

Everyone sees the truth eventually. Out of the three alliances Dominion is the only true alliance that will prevail. Now, all you need to do, Shadowstep2003, is to join the fight for the queen.

In all reality now, I've said this on some other thread/s but I've been playing in EP for a long time, just like you, OP. I found AD to be awesome and just above the standards of the other two alliances. Questlines, zones, Khajiits, Queen Ayrenn, Raz, that's the reason for joining

Everyone knows it's the inclusion of khajiit that make the dominion so awesome. When Ayrenn was trying to find which races to pull into her dominion, she was like "we've got elves and more elves, our alliance is going to look so lame, who can make us look better?" And razum-dar was like "a cat is fine, too!" and blamo, khajiit in the dominion. Moonsugar rum for everyone!

Now, if only we could convince ayrenn to construct a khajiit strip- *ahem* "exotic dance parlor", we'd be golden.

I must admit the EP does need some love, sadly the skald king reminds me of the ghost of Christmas present from the Muppets while the quests offered the least variety and least depth. Which is strange as the pact members are really interesting.

I really liked the other green shade quest where you go into another characters memory and plant memories of yourself there. Really cool inception vibe. The last alliance quest in AD is pretty good too.

You are shown visions of what will happen to the dominion if you fail. Really cool.

To me the DC and AD lines were both a cut above and EP had a few moments but left me flat.

Yes the boat serpent fight was great fun.

No, seriously, I think the Covenant has some amazing stuff in it. And I mean, Darien! That guy eh? find him a drink and a good woman, he's happy as wossname.

After having done all 3 questlines to completion, I find it hard to say which is my favourite.

Razum-Dar is quite the character, I found the queen a bit.....I don't know...she's just a child in comparison to the others, and its painfully obvious at times.

However, Emeric - Now he's your common-mans King. Into the fight, from the front, and all that. Plus, he seems the wisest one of them all. Seems to know his stuff.

Jorunn...he's a nord isnt he. He's too aggressive, and seems capable of being too fast to judge a situation before charging in, swords swinging.

I think EP has some of the most challenging stuff for the levels at which they appear, and is the only place where just taking the wrong path will kill you regardless of your level. You either fall in lava, or freeze to death...or get eaten by crocodiles and wamasu.

DC's lands are very tame, and even more so are AD's. Although, the jungle in Grahtwood is amazingly easy to get lost in.

I like the Alik'r desert, but I love the snowy landscapes of Eastmarch as well. Plus, "Northpoint Nocturne" is by far my favourite track in the game.

The first half of Greenshade is pretty good. After Pelidil's End, though, getting to and through Hectahame is quite the chore. So much side *** to do.

Totally agree with this. I wish the Arianas story arc was expanded and was the entire alliance storyline for greenshade. The staff of Magnus storyline was boring and generic in comparison.

AD storyline is better than EP. At least it adds up. EP is just random bits. There's a big fire thing, then a woman with no pants, then save some eggs, then a big grumpy guy needs of to kill a giant.

But Razum-dar and the silvenar are the smuggest, most annoying people in the game. So I hate the AD story for that.

I always thought it made less and less sense for there to even be alliances as the questline progresses, considering Molag Bal always gets the last laugh.

But anyway, I love all the alliances, (FOR THE COVENANT)... but we really do need more ship battles. That one quest you're referring to is probably my favourite quest in the entire game.

Yeah I agree. When I started playing ESO, Ive chosen the Dominion, dont know why.
And I dont regret it,its the best Alliance when it comes to quests and story, just my 2 cents.

While I enjoy playing here with my 7. character, I dont really enjoy the Covenant or Pact, even if im a full blood Chimer

AD has by far the best quests. Just wait untill Reaper's Marsh. The main quest chain there has some emotional moments.

When you think about it, AD is the best. I mean just think about it for a moment...

We have the best 3 races (High Elf, Khajiit, and Wood Elf). We have the best areas (in terms of beauty and quests). We have a mega hub (Elden Root, Grahtwood), that's like a massive spiraling hub of everything you'd want and need. We have the best mages (because High Elf territory). We had the best quests, with some of the most interesting NPC's you'll come across. We have the nicest alliance leader, who truly is the kindest and bravest of the 3. We have the most beautiful women (high elf and wood elf women are gorgeous). We have the best assassins (Khajiit and Woodelf territory). And not to mention, the queen is voiced by Kate Beckinsale. AD wins. Hands down.

By the way, the dominion ends up surviving through the ages, compare to the convenant and pact. Just saying.
