Harness Magicka Upcoming Change with Dark Brotherhood Patch

This change is going to effect a lot to magicka builds especially PVE with Veteran Dungeon final bosses (especially ICT, WGT etc..) and VMA where bosses are hitting hard with magic damage
6 second duration means seems like casting all the time Harness Magicka instead of doing any damage or hardly casting anything else.
It should be decreased to12 seconds, doing from 20 to 6 is depressing..

Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭Joy_Division gave a great summary on PTS on running VMA as a sorc. He mentioned the during changes to shields was causing him to cast them in a reactionary mode rather than pre-cast them.
i.e., now we tend to cast them whenever they drop regardless of it we're taking damage or not. Once DB hits due to their increased cost and decreased duration we will be only casting them when we're taking damage.
Hopefully they up the duration to 10 seconds of HA or so before it hits Live.Reorx Holybeard -- NA/PC
