That's most likely done by editing the link, not the achievement. If you know the code, you can link VR18 items too.I've seen people edit the date of completion on their finished achievements. One guy linked an achievement that he "finished" in 1970. IMO it's a really bad thing if people can play with an MMO so openly like this and it needs to be looked into.
