Missing skillpoints after completing public dungeon

Hello everyone! I wanted to ask if this was intended or simply a bug. On one of my fresh characters I ran through toothmaul gully and completed the group challenge along with all achievements relating to all the bosses available within the dungeon and noticed that I did not receive any skillpoints even though I did receive credit for my achievements related to the dungeon. Is there a way to receive the skillpoints that I am currently missing?

✭Send an in game ticket. Be very specific about character, where you were, what you are missing, time, date. Basically any and all info to help CS find it.
