Hi guys,
I, along with a lot of other ESO players were all former Skyrim players. I loved fighting dragons in that game. There has always been one aspect I loved about the daedra, and that is the infinite number of awesome and strong minions they have in control. Who says one dragon doesn't exist in oblivion? Maybe Molag Bal has found it, and managed to make it his slave. Changing it, experimenting upon it, making it a mind numbed beast to help Molag Bal's conquest of Nirn. I feel that he could have made a daedric dragon. I know this may sound stupid to some of you, but I feel like it could make a very interesting and challenging boss in a very high restriction dungeon/raid. The dragon could have been (as I said before) corrupted, drastically changing it's appearance and fighting technique.
Raid name:
Anchor of the Throat
Location:
The Rift (The Throat of the World)
Premise:
A dark anchor has appeared atop of the throat of the world, and an unnatural storm with it. The pact, fearing for all of Nirn, has called for a temporary ceasefire near the mountain. Heroes from all around Tamriel have been called to help defeat this foe once and for all!
Are you ready for a slab of text?
RAID BOSS: Faal Kest Se Molag Bal (The Tempest of Molag Bal)
The dragon's biology has been drastically changed from the ones of legend. Boasting 4 limbs as well as wings this dragon has been corrupted until it looks only like a massive scaled beast.

A bit like this image (which was taken from Biowares hit game, Dragon age inquisition), except throw in more of an elder scrolls style, with some daedric accents and parts as well as giving it some chains to show its time of its imprisonment and corruption. I believe this could make and awesome boss.
The dragon has a very different fighting style to those of skyrim. It stays airborne much more and occasionally uses its huge tail as a club whilst swooping above, knocking over and damaging vesitges. When it lands it uses a combination of its fire breath and huge claws to batter, burn and maim enemies.
The fight:
The fight starts atop the throat of the world, with the dragon staying airborne nearly all of the time, making swoops and hovering in place to breathe fire. It occasionally lands to snap with its jaws. Once it is taken down to 70% health it swoops down and picks up all vestiges, flying through the dark anchor and into a place called the arena of dread. This is a large circular arena with multiple perches for the dragon to sit atop of, and rain down hell. When the dragon now gets to 40% health the dragon becomes immune (by flying away) and 10 winged twilights swoop down from above The dragon will only come back to take damage when these minions are defeated. Finally at 15% health, the dragon once again becomes immune, and 4 daedric titans, along with 10 winged twilights swoop from above. Once all these minions are killed the dark anchor becomes stronger, and the sides of the arena start crumbling and flying in the air, after a minute of the arena shrinking, the dragon flies back into the arena for the last time, with a daedra lord on its back. the land and attack the vestiges. Once they are both defeated the players are sucked back onto the throat of the world, whilst the anchor explodes, sealing off the route back to coldharbour and the arena of dread. A trio of chests appear, two of which contain random set items, and the middle containing a random 'Weapon of The Tempest' and 'Armour of The Tempest' Each weapon and armour has a unique dragon themed enchantment, with a set bonus of 'boon of the dragon' which increases armour and adds fire damage and resistance to ALL equipped weapons and armour.
Thanks for reading, now here is some questions I have been asked when talking to other players about this.
Q: Isnt paarthurnax still atop of the throat of the world?
A: He was, but when the planemeld started, he, along with any hidden dragons, fled to a far away and uncharted land across the sea.
Q: How are you so sure Molag Bal even has a dragon?
A: I'm not! I am just taking creative liberties and thinking about how the daedric princes acted when the dragons still roamed Nirn. I thought maybe Molag Bal captured one and took it to his dark realm.
If you have any other ideas, want to make some concept art, or just tell me about any lore inaccuracies I may have come across please comment below!
Edit: If this is in the wrong section of the forums please let me know so I can move it.
Edit #2: If you want another idea of what it would look like, combine a daedric titan with that dragon picture and make it bigger, with chains!
