[BUG] NA PS4 Hews Bane Skyshard Hunter

Hi I have noticed a bug in the hew's Bane skyshard Hunter achievement. The specific skyshard that I am talking about is on the shoulder of the arch. I have tried with two different accounts to get this skyshard to register and it has not worked. I can get the skyshard just fine it just does not say that I got it in the achievement description. Is anyone else experiencing this bug?
