Frame Rate Issue (AMD R9 270)

So I can play PvP for about ten minutes with a solid 30fps but then after a while it drops down to what seems like 15fps. Keep in mind this is just me running around not even fighting. I tried going to previous areas where i was getting smooth frame rate but it was still around 15fps.

What CPU you have? You should post a better list of your system specs
