Massive FPS Drop in Trials and Dungeons

Hey there,
since TG I have massive FPS issues in Trials and Dungeons. First my setup:
4the Gen i5 with 3.7 GHz
Nvidia GTX 670
8GB Ram
Windows 7
Out of game my ping is between 18 and 26ms, in game mostly around 30-40.
50mbit Down and 10mbit up (tested).
In the open world I run the game on high with 50-60 FPS. For Dungeons and especially Trials I put everything on Minimum and turn off all add-ons except three.
Still, my FPS drops to 12-16 and the game is showing a ping of 100-450 ms.
I'm usually running the 32bit client as 64bit is still crashing from time to time but I experienced the same issue on 64bit as well.
I monitored my gpu during raids and everything works fine, it stays cool and the usage is never over 67%.
So what can I do? I tried reinstalling the GPU Driver but no change. I tested other onlinegames with higher requirements and they run smooth on Ultra.

ZOS_DaryaKadminWithout access to your full system information it's not really possible to troubleshoot the issue here. However there are a few basic steps I can suggest:
Make sure ESO and Bethesda.net are added as exceptions to your anti-virus/firewalll
Run the game as an Administrator
Configure your router to open the ports listed here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1133/
Restart your network

Flynnn✭✭✭I've been having the same issue since TG.
Latency i'm not concerned with but the FPS drops in dungeons and trials are game breaking. From 60 fps straight down to ~10. I'm going to take a shot in the dark here and say this is a problem many are experiencing since TG and not a "specific fault in my system" situation.
Hopefully this grabs some more traction so a fix can be submitted.Templar | Healer0
