CP gain in DB

So in the DB patch notes says that new players will earn cps while lvling to 50. Is this only for players that dont have a lvl 50 char? Will i earn these bonus cp if i start a new char since i already have a lvl 50 one?

Do you have a link to where you saw this? I don't recall seeing anything about earning CPs under level 50.

Those are attribute points, not CP.

u start reciving CP points after lvl 50

while leveling towards level 50 you get skill points & attribute points
