I do plan to keep tether and no its not always my go to but if i have it ill use it or ill save up for one and use it tp keep my self goign to stun everyone and buy my self sometime to figure out who im going to focus next. But next patch ill be using incapacitating alot more as it will allow me to bring down targets faster.0
