How does this happen? When can I expect an apology from Grand Warlord Zimmerman for overlooking the stupid amount of hours I put into the campaign this week? And why does AD's Grand Warlord think I work for him?

PvE grouping can mess up your alliance in pvp. I assume you were in a pve dungeon when you recieved this mail.
Other results of this mess are:
- DK standarts have the ad banner in pve even if you have an dc or ep char
- you can spawn at the ad base with an dc or ep character (unfortunately the scroll protection barrier will instantly kill everyone who is behind a closed gate, so you will just spawn dead)

I dont use Group Finder, so its not that.
I was on my main, in Mournhold.

I have three characters in Thornblade, all EP - only one receive the rewards - and those rewards were Dominion based.

So none of those really explain why my other two characters (who I relogged in with today just to make sure) didn't get their reward mail, or why the mail for my main was Dominion based.

you get those reward from the moment you reach stage 1(that s probably why you just got the repairing kits), even if your faction "looses" (what means lost with this pvp, more like "did less well than the others ^^ )

mmmmm nope. Each character was Tier Three, EP, Thornblade.

Only one got any rewards (three all up, I only showed the one.) all addressed to her Character Name (Kizumi Ebonheart) and all were from the AD Warlord.
