✭✭I understand and are ok with leader being strict.
But this guy made two huge mistakes:
1: if you want to be a tryhard and professional, cursing is not the best way to communicate.
2: having to explain why you do it should be done before the fight and not while fighting. Its many unnescesary words that is being said. And it looks like the guys there know what they are doing anyway so I didnt see the problem in yelling.
I have worked many years as a supervisor in real life, and seeing life unexperience kids, desperate trying to be someone else and controlling people like this, i dont know what to say. Its kind of sad. They would not last long in a real life job, and I hope that is the same when it comes to guild masters.PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact
