Motion blur?

I have a question about the implementation of motion Blur. To start off I can't stand motion blur it makes me sea sick. I have to disable it in every game I play. Is motion blur used on the Xbox 1 ESO client? If so could we get an option to turn it off because I am sure I am not the only person who can only play the game for short periods of time. And if it isn't motion blur then when could cause this. I already turned head Bob off.

DanpapuaSoul ShrivenYes I have still have issues. Here his what I have figured out. No headbob I can play about 1.5 hours in 3rd person about 2 before feeling weird. Not sure what it is about this game. It has always been motion blur for me so I am assuming that is what it is.0
