Molag Kena shoulders drop rate? Or am I unlucky?

Opened over 60 gold keys which I know to most will be child's play but still, I've never received the molag kena shoulders.

Opened 10 gold keys today and got 3 monster pieces: 1 well fitted heavy engine guardian and 2x divines light mephalas (butchered spelling I know) ... Is it just RNG or are molag kena shoulders harder to get?

Note: I'm saving keys for DB release from now on.

I'll say its both for example Tuesday on my NB I open 3 chest got 3 molag kena dropped 2 drooped in reinforce and the third infused not terrible but could be better.Then I opened 3 more on my sorc and just go vet14 drops.So yes its mainly bad RNG so don't feel bad man

It's just RNG, you can get the desired piece of gear with your next key or never get it at all.

I never get anything from Gold chests except Undaunted VR14 sets BUT I have gotten 3 Kena shoulders in the last week from Silver chests, 2 light and 1 medium.

I've been getting tons more monster sets from Silver then Gold.

I have opened more than 60 gold chests and 35 silver and I am still looking for Valkin Skoria shoulders. Have multiples of everything else but no Skoria....and I have 3 helmets. RNG is a fickle ***

I got over 10 Kenas and no Skoria. I feel you. RNG is stupid and should be replaced by a token system asap. Cyrodiil vendor is a step in the right direction, they should just replace the gold cost with some Undaunted currency you earn for running dungeons. Like Orc Ears! Yes! Collect 10,000 Orc Ears!

Uhm, if I was you I would've saved them for DB with a guaranteed drop rate of shoulders in gold chests. Higher chance of getting your Kena.

I've gotten a lot of them from both silver and gold key chests; it's definitely RNG but man I'm lucky.

I've just got to undaunted lvl 9 on one of my characters, in that time I've acquired:

x4 maw of the infernal
x1 engine guardian
x3 Bloodspawn
x2 Molag Kena
x1 Lord Warden
x2 Nerien'eth

Still waiting for the skoria shoulders for my DK! And haven't had bogdan. Mephala or harvester?

RNG is RNG, but the chance does seem "weighted" towards certain sets for certain people.

I have personally gotten 1 light reinfoced Kena shoulders, but TONS of Maw/Skoria shoulders.

I've only ever gotten 1 and I've gone through an awful lot of keys. I actually gave up on the idea of ever getting 1 but then I managed it.

A heavy with divines. Used all my RNG on it though.
