Where Do I Find Armor

Gingivitis
Hello:

Every so often I get lucky, and come across a Guild Trader that's selling a few pieces of lower level armor for a reasonable price.

More often then not, most of the Guild Traders that I visit have higher level armor... veteran armor which I can't use at the moment.

Currently I'm a level 30 Sorcerer, and I'm looking for a City Merchant that sells level 30 (plus) armor because I need a few pieces. I'm also looking for a Mage Guild (the in game guild) where I can buy a destruction staff if the need arises (30 plus) because they don't always drop for me in the game. I'm also looking for an Enchanters Hall where I can purchase level 30 (plus) enchantments.

Now for lower level armor I can go to the clothing merchant in Daggerfall... which is in the Glenumbra Region.

For armor that is a bit higher in level I can go to the Region of Stormahaven, and purchase armor from the clothing merchant in Waycrest.

Both of these cities have a Mage Guild Hall as well as an Enchanters Hall... where I am able to buy lower level staffs and enchants if I need to.

So is there a region and city where I can buy 30 (plus) in game vendor armor (and where there is a Mages Guild Hall and an Enchanters Hall that services a player that is 30 plus as well??).

I know that better armor drops from doing dungeons, but I don't go into dungeons. I didn't go into dungeons or go on raids in WoW, and I'm not about to start now (I hate dungeons and raids because I have to be willing to commit a certain amount of time to them, which I am unwilling to do. I'm the kind of player that will log in a pinch and come bask to finish what I was doing later... I've been known to log after 10 or 15 minutes of game play, and so I'm not a very good candidate for either activity).

Anyway... if you can tell me the region and city where higher level equipment can be found, I would appreciate it.

I'm with the Daggerfall Covenant. I don't know if that makes a difference insofar as regions and cities are concerned, but I thought that I would mention it.

Thank you in advance for your response to this post. :p

If you got it, flaunt it. If you don't, flaunt it anyway!

Why dont you just craft your own? It's fun and easy to do.
Also,.you can steal it and go to the Thieve's den in any major town to launder the pieces.

If you are looking for armor sets your level, crafting is a good option. Here is a link for a site that lists many of the sets available (crafted or dropped) in the game. There are many good crafted sets available in the game. If you don't want to craft your own gear, there are players who will craft for you, usually for a tip. If you want to acquire dropped sets try looting treasure chests in zones that are level-appropriate for you. They tend to have a good drop rate for set pieces and drop green or blue quality gear including jewelry. You can also try asking in zone chat (if you are on PC) for any sets you are looking for. Do this in zones that are appropriate for the level you are seeking. Lower level set gear is not that common in guild traders, though it does show up. As far as enchanting glyphs they are sold in the cities in each zone at the enchanters shop. (check your map) Or you can craft your own glyphs or find a crafter to make them for you. The best traders in DC zones are probably in Wayrest in the stormhaven zone.

You'll find all types of armour, level 27-35, are sold at the Sentinel Bazaar, East, in Sentinel.

Muruuma, at Sentinel Bazaar West, is a woodworker and has destruction staves (lvl 29,32,35) for sale. He's just east of the stables.

Veroine Gimbert at the Enchanter's Shop in Scholar's Way, Sentinel. She has basic glyphs, level 25-40, for sale.

I hope this helps, good luck!
