Are there any plans to change this useless item? Is there a reason why this useless item is the only drop that belongs to a useless set? Please do something to make this shield worth while like all the other vma items that's surpass this one by a mile.

Agency79✭✭Sword/Mace + shield needs to become its own 2-set that is better than the endurance 2-set for tanking.
